Right to Education Project

Project Overview

This project aims to enable children living in rural areas understand and promote their fundamental rights. It encourages them to be resilient, stay in school until they complete amidst their vulnerability and exposure to avoidable early marriages, school dropout and child abuse caused by lack of school requirements, hunger, domestic violence and other many challenges related to poor livelihoods of their parents. We give career guidance and scholastic materials to vulnerable children and students who hail from rural communities. We promote technical skills among the vulnerable rural youths for sustainability. Through our Support for Vulnerable Girl Child Campaign (SVGCC), we change the mind set of parents and children towards girl child education and give sanitary towels to the most vulnerable. This gives prominence to rural girl children who are severely excluded from just education.
